EveryMOO.com accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as Priority and Express shipping, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. All orders are shipped from our location in Carrolton, Texas via USPS, FedEx and DHL. M.O.O. ships to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. Military APO & FPO sites (Domestic and Abroad) and follows the standard methods available by USPS, FedEx and DHL ECommerce (or the supporting courier for International destinations).Â
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are welcomed but may incur additional Customs/VAT charges depending on location. Please be advised.Â
Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within ~1 business day from the time the order is placed. Priority and Express orders placed before 11:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped out the same business day. Priority and Express orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped out the next business day. The day an order ships does not count as a day in transit. Orders placed from Saturday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within ~2 days. USPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends (after 12p on Saturday).Â
Route Package Protection
M.O.O. is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.
*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

This offer is valid in all 50 contiguous U.S. states, but not valid in other U.S. Territories including Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands. For all orders over $200, package will be sent with signature required. If a signature is unobtainable and a package is returned to us, shipping charges will be charged to the customer.
