Depending on where you are located and current inclimate weather in said areas, you may experience delay as your local couriers deem necessary to reduce services. Should you experience delay please use your tracking codes to track your packages to its destination or schedule for self-pickup/will call at your local facilities. 


COVID-19 Shipping Update: A message to our Moo Brew Brands family

Our top priority is the health and safety of the warehouse employees and our customers, the production and fulfillment facility was completely redesigned to comply with state recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines.

What does this mean for you?
  • Processing times may be delayed. Processing times are generally within 3-5 business days* although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
  • We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
  • We do not control the courier system. Once a package leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the courier to convey your package to its final destination. If you have concerns about where your item was delivered, locker storage or placement, please use your tracking number to inquire with your courier Customer Service/Support Team for GPS and location of your package.
  • Packages delayed, lost, stolen, and/or damaged should follow the process listed  here in our Shipping Policy.
